The Services are operated by EcomHub.

Unless otherwise stated, all original materials made available through EcomHub, including theme software, source code, designs, graphics, interfaces, documentation, logos, branding, and other proprietary materials, are owned by or licensed to EcomHub and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing an EcomHub product grants you a license to use that product according to the applicable license terms. It does not transfer ownership of EcomHub's underlying intellectual property.

EcomHub Themes

EcomHub provides Shopify themes and related digital products, including:

• EcomHub Pro

• EcomHub Lite

• Theme licenses

• Theme updates

• Related digital resources

Features, pricing, licensing limits, and availability may vary by product, edition, and version.

Product descriptions and demonstrations are provided to help customers understand the capabilities of the applicable product.

License Protection

EcomHub themes may use licensing technology to activate and verify authorized theme installations.

Unauthorized copying, sharing, redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or circumvention of EcomHub licensing protections is prohibited.

A license may be suspended or terminated when an EcomHub product is used in material violation of its applicable license terms or our Terms of Service.

Shopify Disclaimer

EcomHub is an independent business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Shopify unless expressly stated otherwise.

Shopify and related Shopify names, trademarks, logos, and services are the property of their respective owners.

References to Shopify are made solely to describe compatibility and the platform for which EcomHub themes are designed.

Third-Party Trademarks

All third-party company names, product names, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property referenced through our Services remain the property of their respective owners.

No Earnings or Performance Guarantee

EcomHub themes are tools for designing and operating Shopify storefronts.

We do not guarantee that purchasing or using an EcomHub product will result in:

• Any particular commercial result

Any examples of storefronts, conversion-oriented features, sales interfaces, or ecommerce functionality are provided for illustrative purposes and do not constitute a guarantee of performance.
