No. Your EcomHub theme will continue to work without an active update subscription. Monthly Theme Updates simply gives you access to newer versions as they’re released.

We continuously work on improving EcomHub themes. Updates may include new features, improvements, fixes, and optimizations. Release timing can vary depending on what’s being developed. On average updates will happen monthly.

No. New theme versions are not automatically published to your live storefront. You remain in control of when you install, customize, and publish an updated version.

No. Your products, orders, customers, and other Shopify store data are separate from your theme and will not be deleted when installing a new theme version.

Not always. Depending on the update and the customizations you’ve made, some theme settings or custom code may need to be transferred or configured again when installing a newer version.

Yes. You can cancel your Monthly Theme Updates subscription at any time. You’ll keep the theme version you already have, but you’ll no longer receive access to new versions after your subscription access ends.

Yes. If you cancel and decide you want access to future EcomHub theme updates again, you can resubscribe.

No. Monthly Theme Updates provides update access for your existing eligible EcomHub theme. It does not include a separate theme purchase or additional store license.
